Hey everybody, today I just wanted to stop by and give you a quick market update for the CSRA for 2015. Here's what has been happening lately:

• We have seen an increase in sales price over the last year of 5.4% 
• The number of sold homes has also increased, by 5.8%
• The average days on market has decreased by 7, from 158 to 151
